For over 10 years, our team has been providing dedicated podiatric care to Nursing and Residential Homes across South and West Yorkshire. We have extensive experience working in Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Units, fully understanding the differences within each setting and adapting our approach accordingly. Visiting as a team of two allows us to deliver more effective, personal and compassionate care to every resident.

At White Cross+ Podiatry & Chiropody, our service goes far beyond basic nail cutting. Our experienced clinicians are trained to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and lower limb issues, including vascular concerns, diabetes-related complications and wound care. Every resident is checked at each visit, and if treatment is needed, it is carried out with professionalism, sensitivity and respect. All treatment details and advice are securely recorded electronically and passed to the nurse or senior carer to be added to each resident’s care plan.

This comprehensive service is available to all residents, visiting family members and care home staff, regardless of their needs. With many years of experience supporting individuals with complex health conditions and challenging cognitive behaviours, we attend regularly and offer additional call-outs for new residents or urgent cases whenever required. Our aim is to provide a friendly, family-run service that prioritises comfort, dignity and high-quality foot health for everyone we care for.
